The judges’ decision is final and binding and no correspondence or negotiations will be entered into.
All participants agree to be bound by the competition rules.
Competition Period: The competition closes on 30 September 2021 and winners will be announced in the first week of October 2021. No late or early entries will be accepted.

Entry Mechanism: To stand a chance to win, entrants must share an original, curated image or video of themselves dressed in merchandise from Topline on their social media feed (Facebook, Instagram & Tik Tok) and tag their platforms on our post
The Topline team will announce the winners who will be our brand ambassadors for the season.
Submissions: There is no limit to the number of entries one contestant can submit.
Prize Draw: The winner will be selected by the Topline team within the first week of October and contacted by the official Topline social media team via their social media handle. The winner will be required to submit valid identification and sign the winner’s contract before receiving the prize. If a winner does not respond within 5 days, Topline reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
Winner announcement: The winner will be announced via the Topline social media channels.
Individuals eligible to enter competition:The competition is open to Botswana residents who are 18 years of age and older. Directors, employees, agents (including advertising agencies) of Topline, and their immediate families, are excluded from entry. Any entries containing nudity, sexual gestures or profanity will be automatically excluded from the competition.
Publishing winner’s name:Winners agree that Topline can publish their name and photographic images on the Topline marketing platforms including the website and social media accounts. We may request the winners to participate in marketing activities for publicity purposes but the winners may decline such invitation.
Brand Ambassador duties:The winner of the competition is obliged to:
Post weekly content wearing products purchased from Topline for the duration of their 3 month contract which will include, but is not limited to social media posts, stories and videos across their social channels which can be re-shared by Topline.
Should the winner not meet the criteria, Topline reserves the right to cancel the contract and the winner will forfeit any remaining prize allocation that is outstanding.

Topline reserves the right to use all competition submissions using the hashtag #ToplineBrandAmbassadors across their social media platforms, and website.
Cancellation:Topline reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any competition or promotion. In such an event, where a competition or promotion is cancelled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters.
System Failure:No member of Topline is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of Topline which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the participant or entrant.
Topline reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website as soon as possible.
